Here you are going to find out how to regenerate skin on face using a beauty device once a week. That’s it. Nothing too complicated. And the results are astonishing.
About Skin Regeneration
Why doesn’t our skin look as good as it did when we were a baby?
Yes, of course because of age.
But what does that really mean?
The truth is the regeneration rate of our skin progressively slows down as we get older.
But what does regeneration truly mean?
It’s just the replacing of old skin cells with new ones.
Baby’s skin regenerates every 7 days. That means all of her skin cells are completely new every week.
What if it was possible to restore that regeneration rate that you had when you were a baby?
Now you can with a personal microderm from PMD.
As a general rule, the number of your age is approximately the number of days it takes for your skin to regenerate.
How PMD Works
Here’s how it works.
The Personal Microderm uses a patented spinning disk embedded with aluminum oxide crystals to remove that dead dull skin that creates a barrier on the top layer of your skin, hiding the glowing vibrant younger skin underneath it.
This creates a microdremabrasion on the skin, and essentially triggers your skin to regenerate more quickly, just like a baby’s.
Second, vacuum suction.
The Personal Microderm’s perfectly calibrated vacuum suction pulls blood to the surface of your skin, promoting your body’s natural collagen production.
This means not only having smoother skin but also a more vibrant youthful look.
And if you’re like me, you’ve put moisturizer on at night and walked around the house fanning your face, waiting for it to dry or evaporate.
That’s because your skin care is just sitting on the surface of your skin.
With the Personal Microderm, you remove that barrier and prepare your skin for deeper absorption.
In fact, with the dead, dull skin removed, your skin care can now penetrate up to 20 times deeper!
All of that is capable with this amazing little anti aging device.
I promise you the first time you use this, your skin will be softer and smoother. And with just a couple minutes once a week, you’re going to start to see real lasting results.
So what does it mean if your skin isn’t regenerating weekly?
It means wrinkles, age spots, blemishes and dullness. That’s what aging looks like.
But with the Personal Microderm you can slow the aging process by increasing your skin’s regeneration rate.
You can start regenerating your skin every 7 days, just like a baby.

About PMD Device
It has two speeds, which is very good if you have very sensitive skin.
It has the standard speed for an intense treatment and then it has a slower speed, which means you can use that all over your face or on the sensitive areas.
You can put it on the slower speed and you can do it around the crow’s feet and it’s super effective around the little areas of the nose that are sometimes hard to get to.
You get 9 exfoliation discs:
- 1 white training dis
- 2 grey very sensitive discs
- 2 blue sensitive discs
- 2 green moderate discs
- 2 red very coarse exfolaition discs
How to Use PMD
Wash and cleanse your skin. There should be no makeup or oils on your face.
Make sure your facial skin is completely dry before you begin. This is necessary for the device to work properly and effectively. If your skin is damp, the disc cannot smoothly glide over the surface.
For your first treatment, use the white training disc. You can try it on the neck or the body to see how your skin will react. You do this only the first time.
Use your free hand to pull the skin tight in the area that you are treating.
Move the tool in an upward motion. Keep it moving: do not stop or hover.
Do only two passes over one area during the treatment.
Once you are done with the treatment, use a toner and a moisturizer.
Let your skin recover by waiting 6-7 days between treatments. This time is needed for your body to regrow new skin cells.
After using my Personal Microderm for a few weeks, I have discovered this trick and I would like you to try it.
So what I do is wash my face and let it air dry for about five minutes instead of using a towel.
By letting my skin air dry completely, I feel like I get more out of my treatment when I use the PMD.
Facials versus Chemical Peels versus Microdermabrasion
A lot of people ask questions about chemical peels versus facials versus microdermabrasion.
I really want to break down the difference because they are three totally different things and they work on totally different issues and they’re meant for completely different things.
Let’s talk about facials first.
Facials are really great for cleansing, for relaxation, they are almost like a massage. I tell people a facial feels like a really good, deep cleansing for the face, it feels comforting, it’s massaging, it’s deep cleansing and that is the extent of it.
A facial is meant to be a deep cleaning spa-like experience.
Microdermabrasion is where they use fine particles that actually go in and abrade the surface of your skin. They can be very cleansing and very abrasive.
Microdermabrasion helps your skin feel really smooth, really soft. You could probably see and feel an immediate difference but microdermabrasion only works on the most superficial layers of the skin and it’s great for a quick results.
Chemical peels are where they use a solution, whether it’s glycolic, salicylic and various others on the skin. Chemical peels can help with almost every single kind of skin care issue you can imagine, from hyperpigmentation, acne scars, discolored skin, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles.
I am NOT a fan of extractions. I just think that when you are using that sort of pressure on your skin, it can contribute to broken capillaries and red spots and for darker skin individual it can actually contribute to hyperpigmentation.
Also there’s retrograde reaction where when you’re pressing on something with an extraction, all of the debris that you’re trying to remove are actually turning around and going back into the pore.
For these reasons I’m really not a fan of the extraction and I do not believe it’s a good thing for you to do. I know that they try and implement it when you have enlarged or congested pores, but there are better ways to treat that other than an extraction.
One of the things that’s very interesting is when you look at the statistics, one of the most popular treatments that women pay professionals for to make their skin look amazing, microdermabrasion is one of the most popular treatments.
Women pay a lot of money for this. Over a million microdermabrasion treatments are performed by professionals every year.
Those women paid an average of $141 per treatment. Not for the series, but per treatment and you need a series of treatments, whether you’re doing it at home or you’re having a professional do it.
But you are gonna have to keep paying if you are going to professional microdermabrasion.
With PMD you can do it at home without spending thousands of dollars.
